Microsuction is the easiest and safest way to remove a build-up of ear wax.  A microscope is used to get a clear view of the inside of the ear and a gentle suction is used to remove the ear wax. 

 

What to expect?

Wax is removed with a fine suction tube and a suction machine. The suction is very gentle, during the procedure you may feel a slight tingling but it should not be painful. You may also hear a suction noise with squeaking and crackling whilst the suction attaches to the wax.
